Matcha Banana Cream Pie

1 oz Banana liqueur
1 oz Creme de Cacao
1/2 teaspoon Matcha green tea powder
1 oz Vodka
2 ozs Half-and-half

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Matcha Vodka Grasshopper

3/4 oz green creme de menthe
3/4 oz white creme de cacao
3/4 oz light cream
1/2 teaspoon Matcha green tea powder
3/4 oz vodka

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Matcha Ice Toasted Almond

1 Shot Vodka
0.5 Shot Amaretto
0.5 Shot Kahlua
2 Shots Cream
1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1 teaspoon Matcha green tea powder

Shake all liquors with Matcha until mixed well. Blend all ingredients with crushed ice and shake. Add to Vanilla ice cream and shake well until smooth.

Matcha Green Tea Martini

1/2 tsp of Matcha green tea powder
1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
2 ounces Vodka

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Pour into a martini glass. Garnish with orange zest if you like.

Matcha Black Russian

1/2 tsp of Matcha green tea powder
1 oz Kahlua
1/2 oz Vodka
5 oz Chocolate ice-cream

Combine liquors with Matcha in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Add chocolate ice cream and blend again shortly. Pour into a chilled champagne flute and serve.

Matcha Green Tea Mint Fizz

Leaves from 8 fresh mint sprigs
1 tsp of Matcha green tea powder
2 tablespoons cane sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 bottle chilled white champagne

In a blender or food processor, pulverize the mint with the sugar, Matcha and lime juice. Pour in champagne slowly. Stir gently until mixed well. Serve chilled.

Sugar Free Matcha Vodka Frappe'

3 tsp of Island Teas sugar free Matcha green tea frappe mix
1 oz Vodka
4 ozs half & half
1 tsp Vanilla extract
12 ozs ice

Combine liquors and half & half with Matcha in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Add ice and blend at medium to high speed until frothy.
